STATE ARTS COMMISSION TO HOLD QUARTERLY MEETING
Boise, Idaho – The Idaho Commission on the Arts will hold its quarterly meeting on Thursday, May 17 from 6-9 pm and Friday, May 18, 9 am-3 pm MST at the Best Western Plus McCall Lodge & Suites in McCall, Idaho. The public is invited to participate.
Discussion on Thursday evening will cover the Governors Awards in the Arts applications. On Friday, discussion will cover approval of the FY 2019 preliminary budget and annual grants and awards, and program updates. Public comment is encouraged on Friday at 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. An agenda is available from the Commission on request.

The Idaho Commission on the Arts is the official state agency for the support & development of the arts in Idaho. The Commission promotes excellence, education in the arts, access to the arts, and community investment in the arts. Its professional staff administers and develops the programs and services of the agency, assists grant applicants, and provides technical assistance.
