Executive Director, Magic Valley Arts Council

The Executive Director will provide direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization’s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives under the supervision of the Magic Valley Arts Council Board of Directors. Qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Knowledge of non-profit operations, community programs, and local, state and federal grant programs. Strong public relations and management skills for the Arts center, off-site events, employees and volunteers. Effective time management skills in event planning, organizing resources, and establishing priorities. Ability to oversee financial activities, human resources and the general operations of the Twin Falls Center for the Arts, including Pinnacle Building ownership responsibilities. Salary is negotiable.
