Final Reports

  • The Commission’s fiscal year begins July 1 and ends June 30. All grantees are required to submit a final report by July 31, which must then be approved for the grantee to remain eligible for future funding. Extensions granted by Commission staff may not exceed one year beyond the fiscal year in which the grant was awarded.
  • Login to grants.arts.idaho.gov to file your final report.

Finding Final Report Forms in Webgrants

Log on to your account at grants.arts.idaho.gov.

Webgrants will open to the Dashboard and display the Work Assignment tab. If you have a final report due within 60 days, it will be visible under Approaching Deadlines. Click the report title to open a preview, then the green edit button to make changes.

 

If the report is not available here, use the following steps.

Click the Grants tab on the left side of the screen:

 

Select the Title of the correct grant. You may have multiple grants.

Select the Final Report component:

Click the line showing the report. If no report is available, contact the grants manager.

A preview of the report will display. Click the Edit Status Report button.

 

Complete the report components in the same manner you completed the application. Your report may or may not include the components shown in the sample image:

When all components are marked as complete, you may submit the report.

Photo Release Form for Arts Education Grants

Arts Education grants will require photo release information for FERPA compliance. A sample photo release form is provided for your use.
