- Final reports for grants are due one month after the end of our fiscal year. Normally this is July 31, but if that falls on a weekend then the following Monday is allowable.
- Arts Education Annual Project reports are filed on the Making Learning Visible page.
- For all other grants, login to grants.arts.idaho.gov to file your final report. If you have an outstanding final report for a grant which was received using our old paper process, contact the commission for a paper form.
Log on to your account at grants.arts.idaho.gov.
From the Main Menu, go to My Grants:
Select the Project Title of the correct grant. You may have multiple grants.
Select the Final Report component:
Click the ID number of the report. If no report is available, contact the grants manager.
Complete the report components in the same manner you completed the application. Your report may or may not include the components shown in the sample image:
When all components are marked as complete, you may submit the report. Questions? Contact the office for assistance.
Arts Education grants will require photo release information for FERPA compliance. A sample photo release form is provided for your use.
