The State of Idaho is in the process of transitioning to a new enterprise system to modernize and standardize financial, operational, and human capital management for all state agencies, including the Idaho Commission on the Arts. Over the next several months, payments, reports, communications and other business processes may be temporarily interrupted or delayed. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this transition.

Acknowledging Your Grant

Congratulations on receiving your grant! Please keep in mind the following requirement and suggestions…

Must do:

All exhibits or printed materials for your project must give credit to the Idaho Commission on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts. We’ve designed the Arts Idaho logo to be flexible – it can be used in any color to compliment your design and marketing materials. Scroll down for the files. If you don’t have design software, let us know and we can change the color for you. Email jocelyn.robertson@arts.idaho.gov with your request.

Please do:

We urge you to write a brief note to your legislators and congressional representatives thanking them for making this award possible by supporting the Idaho Commission on the Arts. You can find the names and local addresses of your legislators by visiting www.votesmart.org.

Great if you do:

Include the Idaho Commission on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts in welcoming remarks at the beginning of your performances and events.

Personally invite elected officials to your programs and events.

Have project participants write a brief thank you to your legislators and congressional representatives.

THANK YOU
